The IHE Pharmacy (PHARM) domain has published a number of technical documents for implementation which are available for download here. Using the Web form below, you may submit comments for review by the Pharmacy Technical Committee.

If you wish to submit an extensive set of comments, you may find it more convenient instead to record them in the comment form spreadsheet linked here. When you have finished adding your comments, email the spreadsheet as an attachment to pharmacycomments@ihe.net.
