Connectathon Registration

System Registration:  Opens Aug 26, 2008 and closes Sep 30, 2008

In order to participate in the NA 2009 Connectathon, your company is required to register the systems you will test using the following steps:

  1. Create an account and register systems on the Kudu tool: http://ihe-kudu.wustl.edu/na2009/
  2. Use the Kudu tool to print out a contract that includes payment details.
  3. Sign the contract and mail the contract with payment as described on the contract.
  4. Signed contract with payment is due by Sep 30, 2008.

After registration closes, you will not be able to add systems, or add actors or profiles to systems. You will be allowed to remove systems, actors or profiles. There are no refunds.

Participant Registration: Closes Jan 16, 2009

Each system that is registered will be allocated one table and two chairs for your staff members. Extra participants can be registered for the event at the cost of $50/day, but seating may not be adjacent to your equipment table.

Each person attending the connectathon to participate in testing must register using the Kudu tool. Navigate the menu on the left and select  Registration->Participant Registration.

 

Connectathon Webinars

A series of webinars is held starting in June, through fall 2008. There are topics of interest for product managers considering Connectathon participation for their company, for technical people doing IHE implmentations in products, and for Connectathon veterans wondering what's new this year. Please consult the Connectathon Webinar Schedule for further details. Each session is recorded and made available to be viewed later.

Connectathon announcements from the Connectathon Managers will be sent to ihena2009-connectathon-participants@googegroups.com. The button below will allow you to subscribe to the email list. Be advised that you do not need a google (gmail) account to subscribe. You may do that if you wish, but most people will subscribe by entering their corporate email address or other email that they read on a regular basis.

All participants (or appropriate proxy within the organization) must subscribe to this email list to receive announcements concerning the Connectathon. Please subscribe by the close of Connectathon registration on Sep 30, 2008. When you subscribe, please check the archive for previous messages.
