The IHE Laboratory (LAB) domain has published a technical document for public comment which is available for download here. Using the Web form below, you may submit comments for review by the Laboratory Technical Committee. You may also use this form to submit comments on documents currently in their trial implementation or final text phases.

If you wish to submit an extensive set of comments, you may find it more convenient instead to record them in the comment form spreadsheet linked here. When you have finished adding your comments, email the spreadsheet as an attachment to labcomments@ihe.net.
