Cardiology Public Comment Form

The IHE Cardiology domain has published a number of profile supplements and other technical documents. Documents which are currently in their specified public comment phase are available for download here. Documents in their trial implementation or final text phase are available for download here. Comments on all documents are welcome at any time.

Use the Web form below to submit comments for review by the Cardiology Technical Committee. If you wish to submit an extensive set of comments, you may find it more convenient instead to record them in the comment form spreadsheet linked here. When you have finished adding your comments, save the spreadsheet and email it as an attachment to cardiologycomments@googlegroups.com. If you wish to see comments submitted by others and receive email notification of the dispositioning of submitted comments, you can subscribe to the email distribution list using the link below or by visiting its homepage at http://groups.google.com/group/cardiologycomments.
