Connectathon Company/System and Participant Registration

System Registration Opens Aug 15, 2007 and Closes Sep 21, 2007

In order to participate in the NA 2008 Connectathon, your company is required to register using the following steps:

  1. Create an account and register systems on Kudu tool: http://ihe-kudu.wustl.edu/na2008
  2. Use the Kudu tool to print out a contract that includes payment details.
  3. Sign the contract and mail the contract with payment as described on the contract.
  4. Signed contract with payment is due by Sep 21, 2007.
  5. Complete Participant Interview Form and contact Procect Managers for telephone interview.

After registration closes, you will not be able to add systems or add actors or profiles to systems. You will be allowed to remove systems, actors or profiles. There are no refunds.

Each system that is registered will be allocated one table and two chairs for your members. Extra participants can be registered for the event at the cost of $50/day, but seating may not be adjacent to your equipment table.

Each person attending the connectathon to participate in testing must register using the Kudu web system. Navigate the menu on the left and select  Registration->Register Staff for Connectathon.

 
 

Connectathon Webinars

There will be several webinars conducted by the Connectathon Managers during the fall of 2007 that will help participants in the Connectathon process. Some webinars are optional with general information while others for specific Integration Profiles are mandatory. Please consult the Connectathon Webinar Schedule for further details.

Connectathon announcements from the Project Managers will be sent to ihena2008-connectathon-participants@googegroups.com. The button below will allow you to subscribe to the email list. Be advised that you do not need a google (gmail) account to subscribe. You may do that if you wish, but most people will subscribe by entering their corporate email address or other email that they read on a regular basis.

All participants (or appropriate proxy within the organization) must subscribe to this email list to receive announcements concerning the Connectathon. Please subscribe by the close of Connectathon registration: Sep 21, 2007. When you subscribe, please check the archive for previous messages.

This is not the Kudu password that is used by your company. (Single sign on is on the list, but not yet implemented.)
